30 Day Money Back Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with ATS (Ayush Tech Software) purchased directly from ATS Software Solutions (www.bulkecommerce.com or www.ayushtech.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.If you are not satisfied with ATS(Ayush Tech Software) purchased directly from ATS Software Solutions (www.bulkecommerce.com or www.ayushtech.com), contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refund Policy Guideline
The client has the right to request for refund for the ATS Software Solutions product/software for with in 30 days from the date of purchase, if your case falls in the following refund term & conditions.
 
ATS Software Solutions is not responsible for any one of the following:

  1. Software license processing any type of delay.
  2. software purchased is not suitable for the platform you are using.
  3. while purchasing your aim was not to purchase this specific software.
  4. mail being marked as spam by the email client application of the client or by the mail server being used by the client.
  5. mail for download or activation is bounced by the sender or receiver mail server due to any reason.
  6. once purchased and is done with process, you don't need the software any longer.
  7. accidentally purchased Software and now want to remove it from the system.
  8. after purchasing software you faces trouble to operate the tool in your computing platform.
  9. Delays in downloading or any communication delays.
  10. Any lost or misdirected email.
  11. unable to use software, as basic requirements to run software is not fulfilled by your machine

Refund will be made only if one of the below conditions hold true :

  1. If the client was able to perform the operation as stated with demo version but the functionality was not there in the Full Version.
  2. If the ATS Support Team fails to help the client in resolving the issue.

Refund will only be done when signed "Letter of Destruction" in form of email is received by the client.
ATS Software Solutions should receive the email on sales@ayushtech.com or sales@bulkecommerce.com within 30 days of the date of purchase of the ATS Software Solutions product/software.
